Can the integral cable be repaired or replaced if damaged?

A: No, the cable is permanently attached and sealed within the probe body. If the cable is damaged, the entire probe assembly must be replaced to ensure integrity and performance.

How is the probe installed and secured in the machinery?

A: It is threaded into a mounting bracket or a hole directly in the machine case. A specific installation tool (or a locknut wrench) is required to tighten the hex body and secure it at the correct depth without damaging the probe.

Why is a gap voltage reading crucial during installation?
