No. It must be used with the 3500 rack system and compatible monitoring modules. It occupies Slot 1 next to the power supply.

Can it replace the 3500/20 RIM module?
Yes, but you must also replace the corresponding I/O module to avoid damage. RIM I/O must not be used with the TDI.

Does it support transient and waveform data collection?
Yes. When the optional Channel Enabling Disk is installed, it supports dynamic and high-resolution data capture.

What communication protocols are supported?
